Expectant Mothers

Women with pregnancies can fly up to their 24th week, provided they carry a doctor's declaration stating that they are fit to fly. Aruba Airlines will not accept pregnant women beyond 24 weeks of pregnancy, even with doctor's approval.

Traveling with Pets

Animal transport is not allowed from Venezuela, Panama, Cuba, Haiti, and Dominican Republic under the following rules: A Venezuelan or Latin American pet in general, with Aruba, Panama, or Venezuela as a final destination whether is on holiday or because of moving, cannot be accepted for transportation according to legal regulatory framework for Aruba (for additional information, please visit the link in footer). This rule has the following exception: A passenger with the Netherlands (Netherlands, Aruba Bonaire, and/or Curacao), the United States, Venezuela, or Panama as a departure point, may travel with a pet as long as it has documentation from the Netherlands or the United States with a valid and in order health certificate.

  • Ticketing


  • Is it possible to cancel a booking and get a refund?

    Aruba Airlines policy is all fares are non refundable, they may be changed for a fee, or cancelled to an electronic voucher good for 365 days from the time of the reservation. Thereafter the ticket is no longer of any value.

  • Is it possible to change the booking?

    Yes a change can be made at any time up to 24 hrs prior to departure by paying the corresponent penalty and prior verification that changes are allowed or not by the ticket fare.

  • Can I buy a ticket for someone else?

    Yes - Aruba Airlines allows third party purchases.

  • What are my options for receiving my ticket?

    Aruba Airlines offers ticketless travel with a confirmation sent to you by fax, mail or e- mail. All you need at the airport is your travel documents (passport) and confirmation number.

  • May I cancel my reservation once it is confirmed?

    All Aruba Airlines ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. We offer Guests flexible ticket rules that allow the traveler to use an unused ticket for future travel. All unused ticket credits must be flown within one year of issuance. Should you need to cancel your reservation, an electronic voucher will be issues for future use. The electronic voucher is good for one year from the date of the original reservation and must be used within one year of that date. You may cancel your reservation by speaking with one of our Reservations Sales Agents.

  • How much does it cost to change my travel dates?

    Please check Web Fare Rules on the website for more information. For Guests who need assistance, please contact our reservations center.

  • Does Aruba Airlines offer connection flights?

    Aruba Airlines does not offer connecting flights with other airlines.

  • Is Smoking permitted on Aruba Airlines Aircraft?

    Smoking is not permitted onboard on any of our flights.

  • Can I reserve a particular seat while booking?

    Aruba Airlines offers seating arrangements upon check-in, on a first come first served basis. Please do check in early to save yourselves seats.

  • When and how do I check in?

    Our check in times are posted on the website in our information section. In general check in opens 3 hours prior to departure, and will close at 1 hour prior to departure.

  • Is it possible to ask assistance for passengers with special needs at the time of booking?

    Yes, Aruba Airlines will make all assistance arrangements for Guests with special needs. Please contact our reservations center, or email our guest services department for immediate assistance or clarification.

  • What is Aruba Airlines pregnancy regulations?

    Aruba Airlines will accept pregnant guests for travel up to 24th weeks of pregnancy, provided the guest produces doctor approval for travel.

  • Who do I need to contact if I want to unsubscribe from your Mailing List??

    When you receive an email from us, each email at the very end has user tools to allow you to update your email or to opt out altogether.
